- another room with two sinks, a large shower, a separate and closed toilet, and a washing machine,
Reversible air conditioning and television complete the equipment, as well as all the new crockery and appliances.
- a terrace on one level, very well protected from the mistral and shaded, with table and chairs
You will particularly appreciate its location:
- 1st order placement; - seafront, facing the port, 180 degree view
- particularly quiet location
- 8 minutes walk from a "Carrefour Express" for your daily purchases.
- 2 minutes walk from a large free parking lot
