About this apartment rental

Exceptional 2300 sq penthouse apartment in a coveted development on Bolsover Street in Fitzrovia. The split-level (4th and 5th floor) apartment has fabulous views over Regent’s Park and the roofs of Fitzrovia, as well as a large west-facing roof terrace.
The apartment is accessed directly by a lift, which opens to the fourth floor, where three ensuite bedrooms lie; a powder room is useful for guests. Upstairs, the fifth floor is given over to an open-plan kitchen, living and dining room.
