Newly renovated duplex (A side) . There are no shared spaces except parking and yard).

Our gravel driveway is extra-wide! Your side is the left side, closest to the front door. The guests on the other side of the duplex, (the back half) use the right side of the driveway, so please only use your side!
Two guests can sleep on the queen bed in the bedroom, and a third guest can choose between the couch or the TWIN XL roll away bed.
Hello! I do not live on the property, but am close by. Unless you need me, I give my guests maximum privacy and a `hands-off` experience. If you need me, I respond quickly and can be there in a jiffy!
Please notify me immediately of any issues in or around the home so that I may reconcile them promptly.
Semi-rural, which means nice and quiet, but not too far from fun and necessities!
1) Please note! This unit is part of a duplex! the space is 100% your own, but there are shared walls with the other unit.
2) NO pets and NO smoking on property. A minimum of $275 fine for non-compliance, as well as additional cleaning fee and termination of reservation will occur.
3) Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am.
4) ALL overnight guest count must be accounted for at time of booking, or approved with owners if changes occur after booking. NO over the max guests allowed. This unit can accommodate 3 max.

Perfect little Country hideaway. It was conveniently located to my daughter and family. I enjoyed staying at this property. Bed was very comfortable and a nice big kitchen. Would definitely stay again!
