Floor-to-ceiling glass doors flood the space with natural light — relax on the sofa and stream something on the Smart TV, or step through to the private patio where a gas BBQ and dining table wait with ocean views. The kitchen has full-size appliances including a coffee maker, dishwasher, and blender, plus a mini fridge by the patio doors — perfect for keeping drinks cold while you're grilling outside.

From your patio, step down onto the sand and walk straight to the water. The resort offers two shared pools, including an oceanfront option with umbrellas and loungers, plus an onsite gym. Pool hours are 8 AM to 10 PM.

The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay. Parking is available for one vehicle per unit — a parking pass is required. Long-term stays are welcome, so you can stay as long as you like.

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:
You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):
1-2 people: $19.50/night
3-4 people: $24.50/night
5-6 people: $29.50/night
7 + people: $35.50/night
Booking Requirements:
- Must be 18+ to book
- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation
- Please have your ID ready for check-in
- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met
- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors
- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)
- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors
- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
