This 2-bedroom, one bath, ground floor condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There are fans in each bedroom. Dining room table seats 4. The kitchen is full service and includes drip and Keurig coffee makers with coffee, a tea pot with tea, and ice maker in freezer. Enjoy the use of 4 beach chairs and beach towels.
Other things to note:
Enjoy sunrise walks on Amelia Island’s white sand beach, shark teeth hunting, shell collecting, surf fishing, surfing, body boarding, basketball courts, skate park, and beach volleyball, all within walking distance.
A full-service marina with fishing and sightseeing charters as well as first class golfing are a short drive. On sight boat and RV parking is available.

This unit was exactly as pictured and in a prime beach location about three blocks from the water. The host is extremely communicative and very prompt in responding, even offering to put up birthday decorations for my girlfriend‘s birthday weekend. The condo is very well equipped with most appliances you would expect to find in your own kitchen, a nice set of knives and thoughtful additions, like coffee creamer, and sugar packets, which are easy to forget when choosing a rental. It was also nice to have a few basic cleaning products on hand, although we could’ve used an extra trash bag or two. there are ample beach, chairs and towels to use during your stay, the bathroom is spacious enough for two girls to share. There are no stairs and the pool and tennis courts are very near to the unit. Plenty of visitor parking is available. We did not have our pets with us on this trip, but it would be a convenient unit to bring a pet with a grassy area directly outside the door and lots of sidewalk for walking. All in all this was a very pleasurable stay with no unexpected issues. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Our host Colleen was very quick to respond to our questions prior to arrival and even provided a welcome basket with a sweet note, water bottles, snacks, and dog treats for our fur baby :) the condo was stocked with everything you may need and we really appreciated the shelf labeling in the kitchen. It was a very relaxing stay, close to nearby restaurants and a very close walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!!
