Ideally located in Mimizan, this new semi-detached house offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing vacation with family or friends, close to the ocean, the Landes forests, and cycle paths. You can enjoy nature, long sandy beaches, bike rides through the pine forest, local markets, and the resort's many summer activities.
The ground floor features a beautiful, bright living room with a seating area equipped with a sofa and a smart TV (internet connection required), a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster). There is also a separate toilet and a laundry area with a washing machine.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a large walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, can comfortably accommodate the whole family. A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete the sleeping area.
Outside, a terrace with a table and chairs allows you to enjoy meals al fresco, and a pleasant enclosed garden offers a peaceful setting to relax after a day at the beach or cycling.
Thanks to the immediate proximity of cycle paths, you can easily reach the beach, the lake, or the center of Mimizan by bike, in complete safety. A real plus for a car-free vacation!
