All bathrooms feature electric showers.Guests have access to two fully equipped shared kitchens, both with dining areas and all the essentials to prepare meals at your convenience. One of the kitchens also includes a sofa to relax in after a day of sightseeing.As this is a guest house with shared spaces, we kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum and all common areas are left clean for fellow guests. Disrespecting shared spaces will result in penalties.The house has two levels, and rooms on the first floor are accessible only by stairs.Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.Free public on-street parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.Located in a tranquil area of Inverness, the guest house is within walking distance to the River Ness, the scenic Ness Islands, and the picturesque Inverness Botanic Gardens.
