A cozy atmosphere thanks to the beautiful decor and proximity to the beach. Here you can unwind and enjoy your vacation.

This apartment offers a unique combination: Located in the heart of Nieblum, yet in absolute tranquility, as it sits in the second row away from the streets, surrounded only by picturesque thatched-roof houses, yet just a few steps from the village pond and 800 m from the beach. It measures approximately 45 square meters and accommodates 2 people. The apartment was extensively renovated in 2022 with great attention to detail, refurnished, and equipped with high-quality furnishings. It has a special maritime charm and, at the same time, features clever, space-saving solutions, making it bright, spacious, and cozy.
The apartment is located on the first floor. A shared hallway leads you to your vacation home.
All rooms are accessible from the hallway.
The light-filled living room has large south-facing windows. A round, adjustable dining table with two wicker armchairs invites you to enjoy leisurely meals. The highly versatile, understated designer sofa is perfect for those who love long evenings of reading. Or are you working from home? A clever designer desk with built-in lighting, electrical outlets, and an USB port ensures a comfortable working environment. Modern entertainment is provided by an LG NanoCell Smart TV (2022) and Wi-Fi. From the living room, a glass door leads out to the spacious, peaceful terrace, which is bathed in sunlight all day and offers a serene, beautiful, and expansive view of the greenery. Cushions for the seating are stored in the chest.
The bedroom, featuring an open Nordic-style closet, beautiful maritime colors, and romantic lighting options, creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. (The mattresses are 190 cm long!) You’ll find additional pillows and blankets in a built-in compartment above the closet.
In the modern, fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find, among other things, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, hand mixer, and all sorts of pots and pans for cooking and baking.
The small bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet is located between the two rooms and is also accessible from the hallway.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s communal basement.
