The location on the lake is great; within sight of a marina. The house itself has a nice layout but needs significant upgrades to modernize it. We were paying for a vacation in the lake si don't get me wrong, but there was only one small TV in the home; would've been nice if all, ir at least, the master BR had a TV as well. Would have been nice to have some better quality/quantity cookware in the home and the BBQ grill was very low quality and not usable. Back yard landscaping definitely needs upgrades as well, including the boat dock. At the end of the day, we enjoyed the home and the host responded to questions promptly.

Great place that we would rent again.Likes: Layout, ranch on lake! Many rooms with view of lake Comfortable furniture inside, plenty of outside furniture. Freshly drained/cleaned hot tub. Wifi is good. Dislikes: Mold/mildew in master shower (photo attached). Dishwasher is not secured to the counter. There is insulation wedged between the dishwasher and the cabinet to keep it from moving. Missing button on faucet to change streams in kitchen sink. Pots and pans need updating and cleaning (inside and outside). Lacking serving spoons and glass measuring cups. 1 small TV. Jacuzzi tub in Master doesn't work. Blinds in bedrooms facing lake missing louvers. Again, we would rent again, tomorrow. Comments are provided to make the next guest's stay even more memorable.
