3 Bedroom Enchanting Retreat- Upscale neighborhood near shopping and dining.

If you are looking for an affordable, safe, comfortable home base close to Phoenix and surrounding areas, we highly recommend this listing This lovely house was our home for our brief visit to Arizona for a family event. It is within a few minute drive to all the venues we needed to be and a 20 minute drive to the airport. The house itself is lovely, spacious, immaculately clean and well appointed with all the amenities we could have wanted. It’s in a neighborhood near a large park with restaurants and shopping minutes away. The kitchen, dining, family area with big screen tv were the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. There is a second living area with a tv so if you have a large group there is room for everyone to spread out and relax. There is a lovely green space back yard with a large porch for eating and lounging in the morning and evening, when it’s not so hot. The home has 3 spacious bedrooms - a large primary suite with a double vanity and shower, and 2 comfortable bedrooms with adjoining bath with tub. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2 living spaces to relax, it’s the perfect place for a family vacation in the Phoenix/Tempe area. Our hosts were easy to contact and very responsive to a few questions we had when we arrived. There was even a welcome gift basket with snacks and water. Thank you Ernest & Mary for sharing your lovely home with us while we were in Tempe! We hope to stay with you again on our next visit.

Was the perfect property for my family for the weekend. Central location for all we had planned. Great stay!

We loved staying in this charming home. It’s super clean and lovely. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought and kindness into it. We were surprised and delighted the hosts had snacks and cold water waiting for us when we arrived. The back patio is a perfect place for morning coffee, and the kitchen is a dream. My husband really enjoyed playing the beautiful baby grand piano, and we had lots of fun walking to a nearby park. The location is great for getting around all the local attractions. We will stay here again. Thank you for such a great stay!

Great property and location.
