You will have access to full one bedroom one bathroom apartment with a living room and seating area in front of the house. The second part of the house may be rented by another guest.
The house is only short 5 min walk from Stony Brook University. And a 5 min car ride from the Historic Village of Stony Brook situated by the water. You can walk the beach or explore the town. There is a beautiful pond where you enjoy the wildlife and a hidden trail leading to the Avalon Park

- No overnight visitors are allowed without prior consent from the Host.
- No parties or events are permitted on the premises.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and agree to notify the Host of any issues immediately upon check-in.
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the premises at any time.
- An additional cleaning fee will apply for guests who will leave excessive debris.
- The owner or owner`s representative has the right to enter the property at any time for repairs, maintenance, or inspection, with efforts made to advise guests 24 hours prior to entry.
Please note that guests will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued if these rules are violated.
