Welcome to the spacious Arwen vacation apartment, which was designed with great attention to detail to be barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible—ideal for guests with special mobility needs as well as anyone who values comfort and thoughtful interior design.
The apartment is located on the first floor and, with approximately 54 m² of living space, offers plenty of room for up to four people. The bedroom is furnished with a wheelchair-accessible double bed, and the living area features a high-quality sleeper sofa for two additional guests. The open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen is perfect for social cooking and relaxation.
A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet—which is, of course, also wheelchair-accessible—ensures maximum comfort. Particularly convenient: The apartment has two entrances, one of which offers level access, ideal for wheelchair users or strollers.
A real highlight is the approximately 30 m² covered terrace with a cozy outdoor fireplace and a built-in grill—perfect for relaxed evenings outdoors. The shared garden rounds out the amenities and offers space to relax in the great outdoors.

Each unit is optimally insulated against heat and sound and features an automatic living-room ventilation system with dust and pollen filters—ideal for people with allergies.
The spacious property features a well-maintained lawn, mature fruit and ornamental trees, a small herb garden, and a stylishly landscaped grass garden. A cozy terrace with natural stone walls and a brick barbecue area invites you to linger and enjoy—perfect for relaxing vacation days surrounded by nature.
For families, a crib and a high chair are available free of charge upon request—please simply indicate your needs when booking. Wi-Fi and a parking space are already included in the price.
In addition, Haus Auenland offers numerous amenities: a separate bike storage room, a game room with a foosball table and a pinball machine, a drying room for hiking, biking, or motorcycle gear, as well as a washer and dryer (for a fee) are at your disposal.
On-site fees: A 25% deposit is charged after booking. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before arrival. Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Please check in with the host one hour before arrival. Bedding: Would you like to sleep in your own bedding (which you must bring), or would you prefer to find the beds freshly made? In this case, we charge €5.00 per person. The municipality of Nohfelden levies a tourism tax of €0.50 per person per night for tourist stays. This is not included in the final price and must be paid separately on site.
