The Space:
Guests staying with us enjoy superb living spaces, five bedrooms, five bathrooms, incredible outside space including a pool, gardens, and indoor gym space. The villa is fully equipped for your convenience. We can also provide a baby crib and high chair.
2 minutes away from the closest supermarket.
15 minutes walk away from the beach, supermarkets and amazing restaurants and cafes.

Other Things to Note:
As part of the terms and conditions, a security deposit of 30,000 NIS will be secured by placing a hold (authorization) on your credit card. This hold will only reserve the amount on your credit limit and will not charge or debit your card unless there is damage or a violation of the terms. The deposit hold will be placed upon check-in and not before, even if the booking was made well in advance. If no claims are made, the hold will be released automatically within 7 days from the date it was placed.
To be exempt from the 18% VAT charge, guests are kindly requested to provide a photo of their B2 entry slip prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy: A 3% handling fee of the total reservation amount (up to 1,500 NIS) applies upon cancellation.
