Charming house of 66 m², located in the countryside in the peaceful hamlet of Kerarno (Assérac, 44410), close to a family farm and only 2 km from the bay of Pont-Mahé.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people (4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children).

To note, house accessible by 2 steps and inside there are access steps for the bathroom / toilet and the kitchen.
Be careful, there is no air conditioning only 1 fan per room upstairs.


On the first floor, you arrive in a convivial living room composed of a living room, a dining area, ideal for sharing good times. A separate, fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook throughout your stay (gas hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, mixer and complete crockery). A bathroom with shower and toilet is adjoining the living room.

Upstairs, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, one of which has an attic, each equipped with a double bed (140x200) offering a pleasant and quiet sleeping area.

Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden, very well wooded, ideal for relaxing, as well as a barbecue for sunny days.

For your comfort, household and bed linen are provided. In addition, the house has a smart TV and fiber Wi-Fi.

The bay of Pont-Mahé is easily reached by small paths and a quiet road, for a pleasant walk to the beach (about 20 minutes walk – 2 km). It is a beach very popular with families, with shallow water and safe for children, but also known for kitesurfing enthusiasts.

A few minutes away, the town of Pénestin offers beautiful beaches, a summer market and the possibility of fishing on foot. Here, you take the time to enjoy the sea, nature and simple things.

The accommodation benefits from an ideal location to discover the region:
- near the salt marshes of Guérande
- the marshes of the Brière
- the communes of La Baule, Le Croisic and Le Pouliguen

You will also reach Vannes in 45 minutes, an ideal starting point for magnificent walks to the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan.
