Beautifully kept 55+ Mobile Home Community, Gull Air Village, has all the amenities you want. A huge pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard, and activities galore. Centrally located, 5 minutes from Tampa, just 5 minutes to Mease Countryside Hospital, and 20 minutes to beaches, golf courses, quaint villages, and more attractions. Walk across the street to great restaurants, shopping, and movies.

The house is recently renovated, screened front porch looks over a conservation area. Ramp to the front door if you have mobility issues. Carport.

Pet friendly, absolutely no smoking inside.

This is a spacious 2-bedroom 2-bath home, with a very large living room and family room with a big screen TV. There are 3 recliners, one is motorized for people with mobility issues. There is also a ramp leading up to the front door. The master has a large walk-in closet, and the second bedroom has a desk with a computer and a printer. Both bedrooms have new mattresses. The full kitchen has everything you need, including a new dishwasher. Dining table seats 6.
Conveniently located across the street from the community are AMC Theatres, Bealls, Marshalls, PetSmart, Five Below, and Dollar Store. Restaurants across the street include Shaker and Peel, Craft Street Kitchen, Mandolas Italian Grill and Eve's Family Restaurant—just minutes to Super Walmart, Publix, and Countryside Hospital. About ten miles away are the beautiful beaches of Honeymoon Island and Caladesi State Parks. There is a biking/walking trail along the canal with two access points from Gull-Aire.
