Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned beachfront apartment for rent in Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani. It features a swimming pool, measures 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a shared garden of approximately 2,000 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living area with TV, dining area and sleeping area with two double sofa beds
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A shower room with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A shared unheated swimming pool with secure access via a fence
- A 5 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A shared garden of 2000 m²
The apartment is ideally situated in Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Activities:
- Relax on the fine sandy beach at Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani.
- Explore the hiking trails of nearby Castagniccia.
- Visit the Romanesque church of San Nicolao and admire its heritage.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park.
