The “Blatt & Blüte” vacation rental offers a high-quality, fully equipped apartment with 99 square meters of living space on the ground floor of an apartment building in the center of Gelting. The property is situated in a quiet location and is ideal for families, groups of up to five people, or couples who value comfort, privacy, and a natural setting.
The vacation home features a total of four rooms, including three separate bedrooms with designer flooring for a comfortable and barrier-free stay. The interior boasts a variety of amenities, such as an open living area with a cozy sofa corner, armchairs, and a spacious dining table. The entire living area is also fitted with designer flooring and offers direct access to the terrace. Here, you can relax on high-quality garden furniture and enjoy the view of the well-maintained garden or the surrounding landscape. A windbreak and full privacy screens on all windows provide additional comfort.
The separate, enclosed kitchen with its own dining table is ideal for shared meals. It is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven (electric), microwave, refrigerator, a separate freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Basic spices and dish towels are provided.
The bathroom features a bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink, and a walk-in shower—there are two showers in total. Additional amenities include a hair dryer, mirror, full-length mirror, and plenty of natural light from a window. For the convenience of families, a guest bathroom and a stair gate are provided, along with access to a washing machine, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, and laundry service.
In the living room, you’ll find a TV with a screen size of over 45 inches, digital satellite connection, international channels, and radio. Thanks to Wi-Fi with speeds starting at 25 Mbps, internet and streaming are hassle-free. Books and games provided ensure entertainment.
The detached, single-story house is located on a private, enclosed property and was last renovated in 2025. It offers two free private parking spaces right next to the house, which is especially recommended for guests arriving by car. Safety is ensured with smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit.
The non-smoking house is family-friendly: children and babies are welcome.
