This bright and peaceful apartment enjoys a southwest orientation with open, unobstructed views. Located on the 6th floor of a classic Haussmann building (please note: no elevator), it was originally part of the former maid’s quarters—now thoughtfully converted into a charming and livable 22m² or 237 square feet, one-bedroom flat with a bathroom and kitchenette.

The space includes a cozy bedroom and a combined kitchen/dining area. While modest, the apartment is full of character and offers a calm and comfortable stay in a true Parisian setting.
