Other than the weather, this was the perfect place to get away with my husband for my birthday weekend. Quiet, charming and would love to purchase a property just like this. Wonderful all around! Just keep in mind you're on a lake and have well water so if you're sensitive to that.... bring bottled water or gallons of water to drink/ cook with.
