The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), carefully made with high-quality hotel-grade linens.
The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, bathtub, and toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between each reservation.

Wander through its narrow, cobbled streets, explore the Panthéon, the final resting place of many great French figures, and relax in the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
