Wonderful two bedroom two bath condo in Sea Pines Resort at Racquet Club villas. The condo has been updated with a new kitchen, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The living room has comfortable furniture with sleeper sofa and a very nice deck to relax and enjoy the view. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and silverware to prepare all the family meals. You have a very nice view of the golf course from the condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite master bath. The master bath has a beautiful walk in glass and tile shower. You have a new vanity with lots of space for hair and makeup products. The guest room has two twin beds with a full bath connected. The bath has a nice glass shower tub and shower combination. Your vacation condo includes beach gear and bike rentals. Walk to Harbourtown shops and restaurants or take a free Sea Pines Resort Trolley to the beach. 2364 Racquet Club in Sea Pines is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Great accommodations centrally located in Sea Pines and a short walk to Harbour Town. Comfortable, peaceful patio with a wonderful view of the approach to the 11th green on Heron Point Golf course. Would consider this as a priority for future bookings if available.

Unit was as listed. Unit was equiped with complete kitchen utensils pot pans etc. only draw back was the 2nd floor unit above creates unbearable noise from foot traffic. At times of 2nd floor guest check ins the ceiling in our 1st floor unit actually shook with apparent luggage being moved.

The apartment itself was very nice. Well maintained, very clean inside and excellent location. Sheet were not initially provided for the sofa bed, so the first night we had to manage, but we requested it the next day and they were promptly provided. What was unfortunate was that during our entire stay there, the outside of the townhouses were being patched and painted. All the windows had a thick opaque tarp taped over them and at one point out front door did as well. During the day, there was a lot of banging and drilling on the roof and exterior walls, which made it really loud for midday naps after active mornings. Walking into the property from the parking lot required walking around and over tools, walking under ladders and sometimes waiting for the crew to stop paint spraying and allowing access through the tarp on the front door.The property should not have been rented while these renovations were occurring. What was booked with the intention to relax and unwind ended up being very loud and disruptive.
