You will ENJOY this very stylish and modern "Penthouse Paradise" on the top floor (20th) corner unit in Crystal Tower West side end (Condo Unit #2009) with resort amenities and the BEST beach and lagoon views in Gulf Shores and surrounding area from your own private balconies!
BEDDING CONFIGURATION
* Primary Bedroom: Direct beach views with private balcony access! Queen Size Bed and private full bathroom
* Guest Bedroom: Direct lagoon views with private balcony access! Queen Size Bed and private full bathroom.
The residences are spacious and feature upscale interior appointments like granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths; solid wood cabinetry; and oversized decks! The amenities are what truly set this development apart from the others! Enjoy your very own beach club on the beach! Pool, sunning decks, lazy river, hot tub, and more! All accessed via an air conditioned walkway that delivers you right to the beach and pool!
You will have a short walk to local attractions such as “Icehouse Taproom” ,"The Beach House", "The Hangout" and "Pink Pony Pub" world famous beach bars/restaurants !!
Guests have access to the entire property, including all 3 pools, workout facility and sauna. Beach is easily and safely accessible from the 2nd floor climate controlled private crosswalk. Guests are required to wear wrist bands and must be worn while on the property (pools, hot tubs, fitness area, sauna and lobby).
The Crystal Tower parking system utilizes license plate readers. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles you can register. You may pay online, via WebApp, or call 24/7 using the QR code on signs posted in the parking lot.
**No cash accepted** You can pay before arrival, when entering the parking lot or within 30 minutes of arrival. No refunds for early departure.
Parking Fee Structure per/vehicle:
- Days 1-3: $20.00 each day
- Days 4-7: No charge
- Day 8 and beyond: $5.00 per day
BONUS!! We are also including a professional beach front service for 2 chairs & umbrella ($45 p/day savings!!). Note this beach services is ONLY available from March to October. Beach personnel are there to assist you and make sure you have what you need so please consider tipping to show your appreciation if you are happy with their service.

10/10 recommend! Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay for fall break. The condo was immaculately clean, all new appliances, fresh paint. Had everything and more for what you would need to cook. Our boys loved the beach toys! All the pools were awesome and the beach chair service was great! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets off both balconies! We are so appreciative of Brice and his wife for allowing us to stay!
