Всё отлично. Квартира чистая, современная, ухоженная. Кондиционер есть. Хозяйка приятная.
Моментами в удалённой работе слегка подводил вайфай, но терпимо. Ну и это ЖК с платной парковкой и очень серьёзными охранниками)

Квартира - кайф) Хозяйка очень приятный человек с которым можно договориться. Нравилось наблюдать обзор на город с высокого этажа. Стиральная машинка мне идеально постирала вещи))

Дуже сподобалося проживання в цій оселі, а також спілкування з власницею! Одне з найкращих обслуговувань, доброзичливе та комфортне. Чудовий вид з вікон, всі зручності в наявності, новий ремонт, чисто, безкоштовний WIFI, гаряча вода, закрита територія ЖК з охороною, поруч магазини, аптека, тощо, все, що потрібно для спокійного відпочинку. Дуже рекомендую! Сподіваюсь, повернутися знову.
