About this house rental
Fully-furnished PRIVATE getaway steps away from the Palisades Reservoir and 1.5 mile from Alpine, WY town center. This historic log home is off a well-maintained gravel road in a quiet lakeside neighborhood and offers great privacy (screened from road by large mature trees) - the cabin has been updated with all the necessary modern conveniences, while keeping its rustic charm. Spacious front and rear porches/yard, lake and mountain views, and surrounded by all your favorite outdoor recreation options!
Lower (ground) Level:
Double height (20' tall!), cozy living room oriented toward a fully functional wood fireplace. Dining table and kitchen, with modern appliances including gas stove top, oven, farmhouse sink, 36" refrigerator, and dishwasher. Also on the main level are a cute half bathroom and a small desk/office space.
Upper Level:
Accessed by a spiral stair, the upper level includes the bedroom (queen bed) and full bathroom, both with great natural light and views. There is also a small loft for adventurous kids that are interested in staying in a little pirate crows nest.
Outside:
There is a relaxing and sizable back patio with an outdoor dining table and plenty of firewood. The back yard is fully-fenced, and there are all kinds of great vegetation/plants, including massive raspberry bushes (help yourself!).
