I liked the location, which was very convenient to many sites we wanted to visit. I also liked their breakfast and their free laundry facilities. What I didn’t like and found confusing was there were no drawers in the room to store your clothing. We got around that by living out of our suitcase, but more drawers and hooks would’ve been nice.

The property is in an excellent location. Staff was very helpful including giving also written direction where to go. Public transport is across the road and easy to use.

Beautiful modern room. Pleasant staff who want to please . Great central location for stroll to Bund, to gardens and to metro.
Breakfast is flexible though a couple of tweaks wd be desirable eg spoons, hot plates, Englishstyle tea or teabags with milk.
