• Cleaning is available 3 days a week for 2 hours per day. Let us know your preferred schedule.
• A $30 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.
• Dark towels are provided for makeup removal kindly use them to avoid staining white linens.
• Damaged or misused towels may incur a $50 replacement charge.
• Late check-out (after 6:00 PM) without prior approval will result in a $30 fee.
• A fire extinguisher is located in the common areas; a first aid kit is also available in the kitchen.
• Pool maintenance is done early mornings and after 6PM to avoid interrupting your stay.
• Nairobi enjoys a mild climate year-round, so air conditioning and ceiling fans are not needed.
• Strictly no smoking inside the apartment.
• Self check-in is via lockbox and access details will be sent before your arrival.
