ruhige Lage, ausreichend Parkplätze, Wlan, TV Programm Angebot und Bedienung, Steckdosen in Bettnähe, Kühlschrank, ausreichend freier Platz im Zimmer für 3 große Hundeboxen, sehr netter Vermieter
Code für Schlüsselsafe wurde telefonisch durch Personal mitgeteilt und war leider unvollständig leider keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden

Schlüsselkasten mit Code. Ich mag das. Zusätzlich noch ein sehr freundliches Gespräch mit dem Vermieter. Wenn man das Haus aus den 1960ern betrifft, denkt man vielleicht zuerst einmal "ach du meine Güte". Aber das Zimmer im ersten Stock ist sauber, durchdacht und schön modern eingerichtet. Kleine Küchenzeile mit allem, was man braucht. Neues Bad.

Vermieter absolut freundlich! Der Preis war für den Zustand und die Gegebenheiten o.k. ! Super Matratzen,haben sehr gut geschlafen!
Das Haus in welchem sich die Wohnung befindet wird laut Vermieteraussage noch saniert bzw. renoviert. Eigentlich ist die Wohnung eher ein Ferienzimmer mit eigenem Bad.
