Perched high in the hills with stunning, panoramic views of the sea, this property is nestled in the tranquil neighborhood of Seven Hills. This home was featured on HGTV's Caribbean Life for its pristine views of St. Croix
Perfect for a romantic couples retreat or a family friendly vacation, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is private and secluded, yet still centrally located.
This property features a cozy living area and an open-concept kitchen, fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. At the front of the home, a generous wraparound porch offers multiple seating areas - perfect for taking in the sunset and tropical breezes and a generous dining table, perfect for savoring meals prepared on the BBQ. Guests can also unwind by the spacious private pool or lounge on the elevated deck while soaking in the incredible views. An outdoor fire table creates the perfect setting for cozy evenings and memorable moments beneath the stars.
The home, formerly rented as "Villa Sublime", underwent a complete renovation during 2024 and 2025, featuring a brand-new kitchen and beautifully updated bathrooms. All kitchenware- including dishes, glassware, cutlery, cookware, and appliances - has been thoughtfully selected ensuring a sophisticated and elevated culinary experience during your stay. All furniture and furnishings, including bedding and linens, are newly appointed to provide a fresh, stylish, and luxurious experience.
The primary bedroom features an elegant new king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a cozy sitting area for relaxing in comfort. The windows provide ocean and pool views. For your convenience, it's equipped with a smart TV and air conditioning to ensure a cool and relaxing stay.
The guest bedroom offers a brand-new queen bed, beautiful ocean views, and has air conditioning for your comfort. A full bathroom is located just a few steps down the hallway for easy access.
The butler's pantry offers additional counter space and is complemented by a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Beach chairs, towels and coolers are provided for your use, perfect for day trips to the island's many stunning nearby beaches. The property is also just a few miles from the charming town of Christiansted.
Enjoy high-speed internet throughout the house and outdoor areas. A smart TV in the living room allows you to stream your favorite shows with ease. There is also cable so you can watch local news and not miss your sporting events. The living room and kitchen area are fully air conditioned.
Guests should plan to rent a vehicle during their stay. A 4-wheel drive is advised, as the island has hilly roads and rugged terrain.

We had a wonderful, monthlong stay at this gorgeous house in Seven Hills. The house is beautifully decorated and is stocked with every amenity, including guest robes, bath products, beach chairs and towels, and a fabulous kitchen. The view from the porch is incredible and the pool area is wonderful. We spent most days on the property, enjoying a very relaxing vacation, but it is an easy drive to Christiansted, the south shore and everything on the East End. The owner Tamara and property manager Laura were great communicators and were eager for us to enjoy ourselves. We will look to stay at this lovely home again the next time we visit St. Croix.

If you are looking for paradise, you’ve found it. Our stay at this amazing VRBO was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. The photos on the listing simply don’t do it justice- it’s a view you have to experience in person.The home itself is stunning. Everything felt brand new, modern, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare wonderful meals which we enjoyed on the veranda overlooking the water. We spent countless hours relaxing on the terrace and upper deck, swimming in the pool and soaking up the sun. The location is private and quiet, but only a short drive to downtown Christiansted, beaches and restaurants.Tamara and Laura were incredibly responsive and helpful hosts, making the entire vacation seamless. They truly thought of everything to make their guests feel at home.This property is a hidden gem. It provided the perfect and much needed escape and we are already planning a return trip this winter. I cannot recommend this VRBO highly enough. Book it -you won’t regret it!

This was by far one of the best vacations of my life — and without a doubt, the most beautiful VRBO I’ve ever stayed in!First of all, the views are absolutely breathtaking from every angle. The house itself is immaculately decorated, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Whether it was enjoying our morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the spacious porch or by the pool, the time we spent here will always be a cherished memory.Tamara and Laura were incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we had a question or needed recommendations for places to eat or visit.Some must-dos: definitely snorkel at Buck Island, head to Cane Bay, and grab a bite at The Landing afterward. And don’t miss booking a reservation at The Grotto at AMA for sunset — it was one of the most beautiful and unforgettable dinners we’ve ever had.Saint Croix has truly found a place in our hearts, and we already can’t wait to return next year and stay again at Tamara’s island oasis of a property.
