The lower floor houses an independent apartment with private access, featuring its own kitchen, dining area, living room, double bedroom with 150x190 cm bed, and full bathroom. You will find air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, dedicated workspace, and a baby bed. The villa offers mountain and sea views and includes breakfast.



Step outside to discover your private garden with covered and uncovered terraces plus 2 balconies. The private heated outdoor pool features a counter-current system with depths from 130 cm to 170 cm. The rear terrace includes a pergola with dining table for 8 and ping pong table, while the main terrace offers a covered porch with wooden furniture, chill-out lounge, and solarium with 4 sun loungers. A private grill completes the outdoor amenities.



Shared garage and street parking are available. Events are not permitted on the property. The independent apartment maintains internal access to the main house via staircase.
