The apartment is beautiful, modern, and absolutely spotless. Everything inside feels brand new. There are 5 apartments in total, and we shared a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need, including complimentary coffee every day. Private balcony from the room is also very nice. The location is perfect—just an 8-minute walk from both the train and bus stations, and a pleasant 15-minute walk to the start of the pedestrian and city center zone. Available public parking on the street. On top of that, the host Renato is incredibly polite, kind, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Tutto perfetto, posizione fantastica! L'host persona veramente gentile e disponibile. Sa prendersi cura dei propri ospiti. Letti comodi e stanze nuove di zecca, look moderno e Premium. Raccomando vivamente, non ve ne pentirete, spero di tornare a Palermo e soggiornare presto qui.

Gospodarz bardzo się starał o nasz komfort, mogliśmy wcześniej zostawić bagaż. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste , nowoczesny wystrój, wszystkie urządzenia działały bez problemu. Blisko sklep samoobsługowy i piekarnie. Lokalizacja blisko dworca (10min) na czym nam zależało. Niestety dzielnica niezbyt elegancka, dużo śmieci (problem miasta Palermo). Pomimo tego czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Spaliśmy w Palermo 5 dni.
