Accommodating up to 8 guests, this thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath residence offers a peaceful, upscale base for families, professionals, and groups visiting the Bay Area.

Upstairs, a serene queen suite includes a private en suite bathroom, while a second bedroom with a full bed opens to a private balcony overlooking the garden. On the main level, a private studio with its own entrance, ensuite bath, flat-screen TV, and sitting area is perfect for added privacy.

Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire house, including the main house, the back studio, and the entire backyard, featuring a hot tub. You'll also have 3-4 parking spots in the driveway for your convenience.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Redwood City, this home offers unmatched walkability to top-rated restaurants, charming shops, and prime people-watching spots. Enjoy the vibrant energy of the city right outside your door!
Things to Note:
Street Noise: Due to its prime downtown location and proximity to a restaurant, some street noise is to be expected. While many guests find this part of the city’s charm, light sleepers may prefer the quieter back bedrooms.
Events: Hosting an event? Prior approval, an additional deposit, and a signed agreement are required. Small indoor gatherings, such as bridal or baby showers, are permitted, but our spacious backyard patio is the ideal setting for most events.
Hot Tub & Yard Maintenance: Our technician stops by every Monday for a quick 30-minute check on the pH balance. He’ll enter through the side gate and won’t disturb your stay. Guests expressly acknowledge and agree that property owners and/or manager are not liable for injury or death to the guest/user or any of the guests/user's guests, from use of the hot tub.
Our yard maintenance guy also blow leaves in the yard and does light maintenance on Mondays.
TV Placement: The only TV is in the studio room with the sofa bed and en suite bathroom. There is no TV in the main living room, making it a great space for conversation and relaxation.
Policies: No pets are allowed anywhere on the property, including the front and backyard. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the porch—please use the designated front curb area.
