Cielo Mar/ Morros is one of the most developed neighborhoods in the city, the present and future of Cartagena. Located north of the city in La Boquilla and next to some of the best beaches in Colombia with international blue flag recognition. From the airport, take a taxi from the authorized service, they charge around US$5. To get from the apartment to the rest of the city, I recommend ordering a taxi via phone or app, Uber is a good option when there is not high demand. If you cannot find transportation by these means, you can do so by going to the Hotel Las Américas.
