The Tincup Suite is a thoughtfully designed one-bedroom king suite with its own private entrance, full kitchen, lounge area, steam shower, and in-unit washer/dryer. It’s also fully ADA-accessible, offering a comfortable stay for anyone looking for a barrier-free mountain experience.
With wide doorways, step-free access, and a roll-in steam shower, Tincup offers ease without sacrificing design. The open-concept layout features a comfortable living space with a smart TV, a king bedroom with cozy linens, and all the kitchen essentials for casual meals or morning coffee.
Tincup is one of three private suites at The Outpost, a five-bedroom lodge in downtown Crested Butte. Guests can enjoy the Floresta Lounge, an inviting shared guest space with games, books, and a welcoming vibe. For groups needing more space, Tincup connects internally to the Irwin Suite, creating a private four-bedroom layout.
Whether traveling solo, as a couple, or as part of a larger crew, the Tincup Suite offers independence, comfort, and a front-row seat to everything CB has to offer. Four cruiser bikes are available for guest use, and the shops, restaurants, and trails of Elk Avenue are just steps away.
Welcome to The Outpost — we’re thrilled to host you in our brand-new mountain retreat in the heart of Crested Butte. PLEASE NOTE: A rental agreement will be emailed along with your reservation confirmation. You MUST complete the agreement 48 hours minimum prior to check-in. If we do not receive your completed rental agreement, your reservation will be subject to cancellation.
To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and to maintain the quality of our boutique property and neighborhood, please review the following:
1. No Pets
We love animals, but this property is strictly pet-free to maintain cleanliness and accommodate guests with allergies.
2. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or cannabis products is not permitted inside the property or on the property.
3. No Parties or Events
The Outpost is located in a residential area. Parties, events, or outside guests are not allowed unless prior written authorization is provided by property manager. Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful nature of this community.
4. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outside.
5. Maximum Sleeping Occupancy: 11 Guests
Only registered guests may stay overnight. The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
6. Parking
Use designated parking spots only. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or park on the street overnight.
10. Check-Out by 10:00 AM
Our cleaners arrive promptly at 10:00 AM. Please leave the property tidy and follow the checkout instructions provided in your welcome guide.
11. Damage Deposit
Please note, you will be required to pay a fully refundable damage deposit a few days prior to your stay. Failure to pay the deposit may result in cancellation. Rest assured, we will provide you with plenty of time and notice to process payment.
