This beautifully renovated stone house, originally built in 1909, offers a unique blend of traditional Greek architecture and modern comforts. Situated 400 meters above sea level in the picturesque village of Mouresi on the slopes of Mount Pelion, the house is surrounded by lush greenery and offers stunning sea views. The property is just a 6 km drive from the renowned Papa Nero and Plaka beaches - two of the most beautiful beaches on the eastern side of the mountain.
The house is divided into two separate, fully-equipped rental units, each offering privacy and comfort. Whether you are a couple, a family, or a group of friends, this property is perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat while staying close to all the local attractions.
Ground Floor Unit
The ground floor unit is cozy and inviting, featuring a spacious living room with a large sofa (that doubles as a bed for two), a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and all the necessary utensils), and a charming fireplace for the cooler months. It’s also equipped with an A/C unit and a flat-screen TV for your convenience. The bedroom comes with a queen-size bed and the bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Ideal for couples or small families, this space combines comfort with traditional character.
Upper Floor Unit
The upper floor unit offers two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds) each equipped with A/C units and flat-screen TVs. A small kitchen is perfect for preparing coffee, tea, or simple meals, and there is a bathroom with all modern amenities.
