The open main floor features wood floors, a cozy living room with fireplace, and a dining area. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar – perfect for cooking meals. Upstairs you’ll find a private king-suite (ensuite bath), a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two twins. A second full bath serves the hallway.
Relax on the lovely front porch with morning coffee or an evening meal. Check out the fully functional garage gym or take a quick ice bath to cool of in the Georgia Summer heat. Central AC, fans, and ceiling lights in every room keep you cool. High-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV make it easy to stream games or connect with work if needed. Free Parking is always available on the street.

You’re a few minutes’ walk from popular Poncey-Highland spots: Manigault Park, Historic Fourth Ward Park, and dozens of restaurants (Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market, the Eastside BeltLine, etc.).
