Hacienda -

Very clean and well equipped. Had extras like hair dryer and tea and coffee. There is also a lounge area which isn’t shown on the photos which is lovely. Comfortable beds too and great shower

i arrived by car so was let into the garages by concierge Then I could not get through to the reception or the flat without the keys/fob which were in the flat on a string under the door It would have been good to know this instead of finding myself trapped in the parking area and unable to get out or through to reception with out the door fob.

Everything was pretty good Cleaning could be of a higher standard, ie toilet rim dirty, hairs in the bath/shower this lets what would be a 10/10 score overall Be useful to have a hanging rail instead of only drawers

Brilliant location next to the tram. Good views over the canal. Everything was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and good bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The owner kept us informed. Good value for money.

The towels were a bit small and thin but not really a problem.

Beds were comfortable, location was great, with restaurants and bars nearby. Right near the tramline for very easy travel to places like the Trafford Centre, Media City and Old Trafford.

Keys were in a lock box, which worked well and was simple. Handy having a car park space but would have been useful if there was a lock box in the car park. Luckily I had my wife with me, but if I was travelling without her, I would have had to have taken my 2 young children back up to the room to drop the keys off. The kitchen appliances worked, but we travelled as a family and were looking to cook. there were no trays so this made it diffucult. The main issue that we had was that there was no hot water when we needed it for showers and baths. As I say, we had our two children with us, one of them under the weather, so not being able to settle him with a warm bath caused issues for us. My wife and I ended up having cold showers, which after a long day out and walk back in the rain we were looking forward to relaxing with a warm shower.
