Clean and had everything we needed. Central location.

Absolutely everything was amazing. everything was clean, organised and available. the host was available and super reliable. it was a very good apartment and couldn’t recommend it more!

Location is super.

No WiFi. We are told to shoes off, but the slippers provided is dirty and a pair of hotel slippers was used.

Beds were comfortable, location was great, with restaurants and bars nearby. Right near the tramline for very easy travel to places like the Trafford Centre, Media City and Old Trafford.

Keys were in a lock box, which worked well and was simple. Handy having a car park space but would have been useful if there was a lock box in the car park. Luckily I had my wife with me, but if I was travelling without her, I would have had to have taken my 2 young children back up to the room to drop the keys off. The kitchen appliances worked, but we travelled as a family and were looking to cook. there were no trays so this made it diffucult. The main issue that we had was that there was no hot water when we needed it for showers and baths. As I say, we had our two children with us, one of them under the weather, so not being able to settle him with a warm bath caused issues for us. My wife and I ended up having cold showers, which after a long day out and walk back in the rain we were looking forward to relaxing with a warm shower.
