About this house rental
Discover our beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home on Whitmarsh Island, nestled among majestic, moss-draped oaks. Relax on the spacious front porch or unwind in the backyard with a large deck and screened-in porch—perfect for family and friends to gather. Enjoy quick access to downtown Savannah, just a 15-minute drive away, and the beach at Tybee Island, only 10 minutes from your doorstep. We've included professional and real-time photos from our cleaning team, so you can see exactly what to expect!
When you arrive at our home, you will be greeted with mature trees and a lovely covered front porch. Guests will have to navigate a small flight of stairs to the front door. Upon entry, you will have a formal dining room with large dining table directly to your right. Continue forward and you will find our living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV complete with Roku. Double doors will lead you outside to the large covered porch. There is also plenty of open air deck space and a fenced in back yard. Back inside, the full kitchen has plenty of counter space & a great bay window. You will find everything you need to settle in and feel "at home." There is also another little breakfast nook for casual meal times together. A half bathroom can be found on the main level as well. A "4th bedroom" can be accessed by going through the garage door in the kitchen. In the garage there is a set of stairs that will take you up to a separate part of the house. This 4th bedroom would be great for older kids who can enjoy a little bit of independence. You will find 2 double beds and a twin over twin bunk bed. The upstairs of our home boasts 3 additional bedrooms including a private master suite with king size bed and ensuite bath featuring a separate garden tub & shower. 2 additional bedrooms with full size beds and large closets, as well as another full bathroom complete the upper level of our home. This property is centrally located between Tybee Island and Savannah. The description of the property is accurate. It’s great for a large family or group. The communication between us and the property owner was amazing. We had a few repairs that needed to be done and they were there within 12 hours(we arrived later in the afternoon). The only negative was that we needed larger skillets for our group. Other than that, this home was just what we needed. I would rent from them again.

We were in town for a funeral and the host worked with us to allow us to have a family gathering afterward. It was a perfect space for us to be together

The house smelled very clean when we entered. It really needs some tlc though, deep cleaning and handyman maintenance There was plenty of room for all 15 of us. The kids enjoyed the room over the garage and there was a ping pong table in the garage. We enoyed that also. There were not a lot of baking items so you may need to bring baking pans if you plan to bake. The managers did respond to my request for a new coffee maker, it had the wrong pot. They brought a new one and some hot pads. They responded to all our questions pretty quickly. We enjoyed the stay!!bring espondto our reuest for a newand
