With three private terraces boasting stunning sea and mountain views, and a luxury hot-top / spa on the panorama-terrace, the apartment provides the perfect blend of indoor - outdoor living. Just a stone's throw from the beach (literally!) and some of Mojácar's best bars and restaurants, and with easy access to the beach esplanade, Villa Habana has the ideal location for a family holiday or a romantic getaway all year round. Modern, bright and clean, with quality furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, loungers and comfortable beds, we have created a feel-good environment that will not only help you recharge and but that also looks great in those holiday pics.
Villa Havana Penthouse is located just 3 minutes walk from the nearest, family friendly beach. Some of the best beach bars and restaurants in town, offering delicious, inexpensive 3-course meals, are less than 5 minutes from the property. When staying at our property, you won't need a car unless you want to explore further afield. Murcia, Almeria and Alicante airports have inexpensive, regular airport shuttles to Mojácar. A regular bus-service provides easy access to all of Mojácar's beaches and the beautiful whitewashed old-town that is perched on the hill, overlooking the Mediterranean and the surrounding mountains and valleys.
Mojácar Playa has 17 km of beautiful coastline, with popular, developed beaches and secluded, wild coves with many beaches awarded Blue Flags for quality. It's a popular destination for families, water sports enthusiasts and those who simply want to relax. With its unique combination of seaside and mountains, the area also is ideal for road cycling, mountain-biking, walking and hiking.
Local attractions, within easy reach by car, include - The Giant Geode of Pulpi: one of the largest documented in the world - Cabo de Gata Natural Park: beautiful beaches and scenery in Europe's only semi-desert, with Flamingo watching at San Miguel de Cabo de Gata salt-extraction lagoons - Fort Bravo: the American wild west village in the Tabernas desert where many famous movies were made.
