The house features three comfortable bedrooms, each offering a queen sized bed and ample storage for your belongings. Two full bathrooms provide convenience for all guests. The living room is a welcoming space to relax, complete with comfortable seating and a cozy fireplace, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining room, or take them outside to the patio or balcony for an al fresco dining experience. Outside, the backyard offers a private hot tub, perfect for soaking under the stars, along with a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Free parking is available on the premises.

You will have full and private access to the entire house during your stay. We enjoyed our stay very much! The only issue was while we were going to enjoy coffee on the deck in the morning, the next door neighbor decided to mow the lawn right below us and at one point right beneath us throwing grass clippings in the air. I thought he could have waited.

We had a great stay in the Black Hills and enjoyed the proximity to Custer State Park with this rental. We were disappointed that the advertised hot tub didn’t work. The gas fire pit on the deck and the bottom oven were also out of order (there is a top oven that works). Other appliances worked great and the house was reasonably clean and stocked.
