About this house rental
Discover this 3-bedroom home in Vero Beach. This superb house is a split plan; features a king bed with en-suite bathroom (shower) on one side of the home, and a queen bed and twin bed and bathroom (shower/tub) on the other side of the home. Amenities included like a washing machine, WiFi, and AC, your stay will be comfortable and convenient.. Quiet street with good-sized backyard and patio furniture. Closest beach is 10 minutes away This home also has some basic beach needs, as well as cornhole set! Just a couple minutes down the road is McKee Botanical Gardens. Home guide is on property, with my favorite restaraunts and things to do.
General Rules:
Check-in: 4pm | Check-out: 10am
No parties or events — absolutely NO exceptions! If you violate this rule, you WILL be evicted.
No smoking or vaping inside the home (please dispose of any cigarettes butts used outdoors). Smoke removal fee $100
No unregistered guests allowed overnight (daytime visitors must be discussed with host PRIOR to arrival)
No street parking! All cars must park in the driveway, which can accommodate up to 4 cars.
My home is on a quiet street. Please be respectful of my neighbors at all times, and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM! This is a county-regulated rule, enforced from 10PM to 7AM.
Pets not allowed. Evidence of breaking this rule will result in a $250 fine.
Air Conditioning
Please keep the thermostat:
- No lower than 68°F at night
- No lower than 72°F during the day
** Security & Safety **
Four (4) outdoor cameras, and one (1) Ring doorbell are in place for security purposes. Absolutely no tampering of any device.
No candles or open flames
