1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and with access to a full private bathroom.
2. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS, access to a full private bathroom and to the backyard.
3. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full private bathroom.
4. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full shared bathroom.
5. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and access to a full shared bathroom.
*Two extra folding beds.
All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.
THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.
The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.
THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY.

Guests have access to the entire property and its amenities.

This property is pet friendly.
$300 USD per pet
If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival.
BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
