About this house rental

Studio in a house comprising the owners' home and 4 gîtes. On the 2nd floor: studio with kitchen/living area in the hallway and lounge (140x190 cm sofa bed + 1 90x190 cm single bed), bathroom (shower + toilet), ski and bike storage. Private parking (1 space). Shared unfenced grounds with outdoor dining area. Beautiful traditional country house in the heart of the hamlet of Le Plan, 3 km from La Giettaz, in a natural green setting of meadows and forests. Facing the hamlet's chapel, Les Arcosses is 150 m from the ski departure and ESF ski school and close to shops open in season. A small, comfortable pied-à-terre, ideal for 2 people (and a child). Located 150m from the slopes of the "Les Portes du Mont-Blanc" ski area (445km of ski slopes - connected to Megève and Combloux) with a shuttle to La Giettaz in winter only. ESF, tobogganing, daycare, shops, restaurants 150m away. Cross-country skiing in Praz sur Arly 10km away. Privileged location of Val d'Arly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, on the renowned Route Grandes Alpes, a prestigious tourist route for motorcycles, cyclists and cars: access to La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand via the Col des Aravis. Walks and marked trails start from the cottage. Magnificent hikes in the Beaufortain and Aravis massifs including the famous Tour du Pays du Mont-Blanc. 53km away, Chamonix, a world-renowned town for hikers and mountaineers. Many other fun, sporting and outdoor activities between La Giettaz, Flumet, La Clusaz...
