Welcome to a beautiful getaway in downtown Chattanooga!
We carefully designed the interior of this home in a modern Scandinavian / mid-century modern style to give an airy, open feeling. The property includes 10' ceilings throughout with a double height living room overlooked by the dining area for an open, airy feeling. The double height windows in the living space overlook the Chattanooga river walk, track and field green space of Chattanooga Christian Academy, as well Lookout mountain.
The bedrooms were thoughtfully designed with wood accent walls, custom headboards, and built in sconces and outlets next to comfortable king beds. Each bedroom also includes a smart tv perfect for getting cozy in bed and privately watching a movie after a day of exploring the city.
The property also offers a spacious 2-car garage fitting most vehicles, as well as an additional spot directly in front of the garage and parking spaces on the road.

Beautiful and comfortable property in a great location. Everything was very clean - and I’m picky about that. I highly recommend - we were only 10-15 minutes away from Rock City and Ruby Falls. Only thing you should be aware of is there are a lot of stairs - everything is basically on its own floor so be sure everyone in your party is capable of going up and down stairs.
