Entire home within walking distance of Kentucky Downs! Easy on and off of I-65, right at the Tennessee/Kentucky state line.
This three bedroom home is ideal for groups of 7-8 people. It is a 2400 sq.ft southern style home with beautiful original hardwood floors, a spacious living room, full kitchen, large bedrooms and a view from the back porch with outdoor seating for you to kick back and relax after a day at Kentucky Downs, a visit to Bowling Green or your adventure to Nashville.
The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open kitchen, separate dining room, front den area with smart TV, a spacious living room with large smart TV, two car garage and laundry room. To top it off, a back porch with seating to dine, relax and enjoy the view. You might see some firefly's and deer, too!
The master bedroom has a king bed, full bath and smart TV. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The second bath sits between the two guest bedrooms, accessible through the hallway. We also offer an extra-large twin roll-away bed with extra linens.
The home has wireless high-speed internet throughout the house, a coffee maker with Keurig coffee pods, creamer, salt and pepper, cooking oils and everything you would need to cook or bake (cookware, dishware, flatware). Just bring your own food! We supply toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, hairdryers, trash bags, linens and bath towels.
