A huge 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms Pool home right close by Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. Just fully renovated, our home is an amazing place for you and your family to spend your wonderful time together. Located in central Orange County close to beaches and attractions, our home is a wonderful place to spend your time while you visiting, to come for shopping, and to come for dining. A great house to bring your kids to visit Disneyland or enjoy so cal beaches and amazing foods all around.

HOME FEATURES:
Spacious & Stylish: Home has two living rooms, 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs. 2 bathrooms downstairs and one upstairs.
Entertainment: 2 Smart TVs
Full Kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, plates, cups & utensils.
Laundry: Complimentary washer, dryer, and detergent provided.
BED ARRANGEMENT: (All Private):
Room #1: Master bedroom – King bed
Room #2: Queen bed.
Room #3: 2 double beds.
Room #4: Queen bed

First Living Room: Open-concept, connected to the kitchen with a view of the pool and backyard.
Second Living Room: Cozy space perfect for family and friends to relax and hang out, a foosball table and arcade game for your entertainment.

PARKING:
2-car garage + driveway parking for up to 2 cars.
PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.
LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer on-site.

Guest has access to the whole house except the supplies closet
Other things to note
- There is a pet fee, $35 per pet per night (flat rates depending on number of pets and nights)
- There is early check in fee and late check out fees
For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $500.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
