Your discovery of the apartment :



From the entrance, a storage cabinet is available. On the right, a first bedroom with a bed 140x190 cm and a wardrobe.



In the corridor suite, a shower room, an additional closet and a separate toilet.



The fully equipped open kitchen leads to the air-conditioned living room with a sofa, TV and dining area. Large bay windows bring light and overlook the garden.



From the living room, access to the air-conditioned master suite including a bed 200x180 cm, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. This room also has a large window opening onto the garden.



The exterior, exposed West, is furnished with a dining area, a coffee area and sun loungers. A gate allows direct access to the Croisette: just cross the road to reach the beach and the port.



Another asset? A private garage in the basement is 2 minutes' walk away.

From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.

From Cannes station: about 35 minutes walk, 20 minutes by bus.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.

All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
