The cozy space features 2 queen beds and 2 trundle twin beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. With amenities like a Blackstone Grill, outdoor tv and fire pit by the river guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The NEW construction cottage is equipped with a washer/dryer, 2 electric recliners, outdoor table with river view, and hairdryer for convenience. The Little River and Bledsoe Creek are trout stocked ready for fishing. Enjoy all that Sparta has to offer when you stay at our lovely cottage.

Everything looks brand new and is very clean.

Appeared to be fairly new, so everything was clean and worked properly. Bed was soft; slept like a rock. Kitchen was well equipped. A pub table to eat at would have been a nice touch. Perfect weather when I was there,so I enjoyed at the table on the back porch. Located on the edge of town, so everything was a short drive away.
