The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, air-conditioned apartment for rent in Eccica-Suarella. With a surface area of 50 m², it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the raised ground floor, it consists of a lovely 32 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a shared garden of approximately 2,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 32 m² living room with TV, dining area, double sofa bed and open-plan kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.
Outside:
- A north-west facing balcony-terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A shared, unfenced 2,000 m² garden, facing north-west
The apartment is ideally located in Eccica-Suarella, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, markets, etc.

- Lake Tolla about 39 minutes away by car (23.7 km)
- Agosta Fun Beach about 18 minutes away by car (11.9 km)
- Cappai Jet about 30 minutes away by car (15.7 km)
- Maison Bonaparte about 26 minutes away by car (14.8 km)
- Fesch Museum, approximately 24 minutes by car (14.5 km)
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.
