*any stay the is longer than 15 days will have an extra $100 added to the cleaning fee
The condo requires short term rental guests to pay for a parking pass, $41 per vehicle. 2 vehicles max, and only 1 reserved spot that’s marked with the condo number in front of the unit. There are visitor spots interspersed with the reserved spots that a second vehicle can park in.
Vehicle will be towed if not registered through the HONK app. The passes are to be used on a per visit basis and NOT be used by other guests. The pass is to be displayed in the windshield of your vehicle, visible and readable, whenever you are on Portside property. Vehicles will be towed at owners’ expense if no pass is seen OR VEHICLE IS NOT REGISTERED THROUGH THE HONK APP LOCATED AT FRONT OFFICE.
When it comes to checkout we have guidelines for checkout below.
* Please pile used bedding in each room * Towels can be piled in the bathrooms * Any used dishes need to go into the dishwasher & start the cycle * Pick up all trash and throw it away * Make sure to ensure you have all of your items before you leave :)

Property was an easy process to rent from. Only downfall was listing reads 2 sets of twin bunk beds in one room. It was only one set of bunk beds and they were in the livingroom. Overall great stay and cleanliness!
