Property was as advertised, neat and clean, met the needs of our 4-man fishing crew. We were able to fit three trucks and 2 boats with trailers in the parking area easily. Wood stove was nice after freezing most days standing in cold water or boating on Richardson Lake. Handy to the rivers and lakes for fishing.

This felt like a home away from home and made for a wonderful vacation. Check in was seamless, host was responsive and friendly. It was sweet to walk in and see a welcome basket with maple syrup, jam, and honey. We used the syrup as how can one not have some pure maple syrup while up north and left a new one to pass the wonderful gesture forward. I was blown away by the amenities and supplies they had available for renters including a fully stocked kitchen, and abundance of towels and face cloths, first aid kit, wood by the stove (which we did not use), ping pong table in the back room, corn hole, and I could keep going on, it just felt like home. Beds comfortable, lighting in rooms had multiple settings and heaters / fans were in each room if needed. Couch downstairs was super comfy and we were so tired each night and playing games that we never even turned the upstairs TV on. Driveway was quite large and plowed out well, great if you have a trailer or multiple vehicles. Salt available by the front steps with shovel. I just truly felt a lot of thought and effort went into this home and I wouldn’t hesitate in returning to rent here again. Awesome job by the owners - and thank you so much again for a wonderful stay!!

The location was great for the snowmobile trail. The house and accommodations were very good, and the communication was excellent.
